I am obsessed with Ethiopian food. I love the taste of the spongy injera (a sort of sourdough they serve everything on). The dish I order is the vegetarian bayanatu. It is like a buffet on your plate! It consists of a large circular shaped plate covered in injera. About 12 different vegetable curries from homemade cottage cheese to salad to daal are spooned over it. I like how you can taste all the different flavors. I strongly recommend eating ethiopian at least once a week!!!❤️
